COMMISSION

Before requesting a commission, please read the Terms of Service. Commissioning me means you agree to these Terms. Any commission request that violates these terms will be canceled immediately.

TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL INFO

  • Slots are exclusively on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • The artist can decline projects based on factors such as content, deadlines, or personal health issues.

  • I accept private and commercial commissions.

  • I am a digital artist and my work is entirely digital, with no shipping of physical goods.

  • I only accept payments through Paypal.

  • The commission must be paid upfront before I can begin working. I will only start after the request has been approved and the payment has been processed through PayPal.

  • I do not allow my art to be used to generate AI art. Use of the work for AI training and NFTs is strictly prohibited.

  • You will receive a high resolution JPEG file and a PNG file at the end of the commission. PSD files are reserved for commercial commissions.

  • Communication will be conducted via email or Discord.

THINGS I DO

  • Mainly character illustrations, it can be fanart or your original character.

  • Head portrait, busts, half-body portrait, full body portrait.

THINGS I DON'T DO

  • Other artists' styles.

  • Mecha, robots, vehicle design.

  • Extreme NSFW or gore.

WORKFLOW

  1. After receiving your request via email, I will contact you to discuss the details of the project through Gmail or Discord.

  2. Once the details of the commission and its price are approved and payment is received, I will begin working on the sketch.

  3. I will send you a sketch of your commission for approval.

  4. After the sketch is approved, I will clean up the line work and lay in the base colors. I will then send it to you for color review in case you want to change anything specific.

  5. After receiving feedback on the base colors, I will start the rendering and finalizing process.

  6. Once the work is finished, I will send the files to you via email and notify you through either email or message. If the payment is split, I will send you the final files after I receive the final payment.

  • At each step, I will update you within 3 to 7 days to report any delays, seek feedback, or check progress. If no updates occur within this timeframe, you may request an expedited update.

REVISIONS

  • The client has the right to one revision during the sketch phase for composition and drawing.

  • The client has the right to one revision of color during the coloring phase in case they want to change the color of an object, clothing, etc.

  • Any extra revisions will incur an additional cost.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

I can provide an estimate only after all project details have been discussed. Turnaround times typically range from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the project and availability. The timeframe for projects varies based on project complexity, availability, client feedback time, and personal circumstances.

COMMERCIAL WORK AND COPYRIGHTS ISSUES

  1. By default, the artist retains all copyright, intellectual property rights, promotional rights, and commercial rights, unless discussed otherwise.

  2. If the client intends to use commissioned artwork for commercial or promotional purposes, this must be discussed beforehand, and the transfer of rights must be purchased. "Promotional use" refers to using the work in streams, videos, or digital content in any monetized form. "Commercial use" refers to using the work on merchandise or physical prints for resale.

  3. The client agrees to credit me as the original artist of the work, even if the rights are transferred.

  4. If the client shares the work on social media, they must credit the artist when possible.

  5. The client is not permitted to claim, edit, trace, copy, or modify my artwork under any circumstances without my consent.

  6. I reserve the right to post your finished commission, with my watermark, on any of my social media platforms. If you prefer not to have your commission posted, please inform me in advance.

PAYMENT

  • I only accept payments through Paypal.

  • The commission must be paid upfront before I can begin working. I will only start after the request has been approved and the payment has been processed through PayPal.

  • Refunds are not permitted once the payment has been made. However, if I, the artist, must cancel the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, I will refund approximately 90% of the payment (due to transaction fees).

  • All payments must be completed before the final file delivery.

  • A fee will be charged if you wish to keep the commissioned work private.

  • Commission termination will take effect if the client breaches the terms of service or has no communication for over three weeks.

  • In the case of split payments, cancellation will also occur if the client fails to pay or delays payment unreasonably.

  • Please ensure your financial situation is stable before requesting a commission.

  • Provide a description of what you have in mind for the project—it can be as brief or detailed as you'd like. Additionally, include any references you have.
